"At a young age of 24, Izu immersed himself into French life and culture, to truly encapsulate the art of French cuisine.

One of his daily rituals whilst living in France would be to pick up a fresh, daily baguette from his local boulangerie. Whilst undertaking his daily routine one morning, he met a charming young lady called Carine who was soon to become his wife.

From that moment on, inspired and ambitious Chef Izu began a love affair with France, its food, its culture, and a certain young lady.

May that love affair continue.......... We welcome La Maison Ani.

Today, as he opens the doors to La Maison Ani, each plate serves as a postcard from that very first baguette‑filled morning. Every aroma whispers that the simplest rituals can spark the most extraordinary journeys. Step inside and taste the romance that still rises with the bread at dawn."
